2019 Harley-Davidson Sportster Iron 883

This bike came into my garage with an incorrect clutch install, not allowing the bike to apply power. The clutch basket nut had come loose and the splines of the basket were stripped as a result. As a precaution, I removed and disassembled the engine completely to clean the transmission and guarantee there was no other debris in the crankcase compartment. Lots of attention was given to inspection and reassembly. New transmission bearings were installed, all components cleaned thoroughly, and a James gasket kit was used to seal it all back together. The wheels are chromed, and the tank is cleared over the stock paint for a gloss finish from a previous owner. I installed a gloss black front fender and an aftermarket gloss black rear fender to convert the whole bike over to gloss tins. Not perfect cosmetically, but it looks pretty sharp with the chrome wheels.

It is ready to ride home today!
